We can rent one, but if someone has one we can borrow for carting stuff out to the site, that would be amazing. We’d come by and get it, and take real good care of it.
The Auckland experience of using a trailer is the problem with getting a car/driver to tow it.
If you do end up hiring something, you might want to consider a van or light truck instead, especially if there are hills/windy roads on the way to the venue.

Thanks for the advice Hannah! It’s not a long drive, and the road is pretty good and non-windy most of the way, so we should be fine. We need to take both many people and lots of stuff, so a people mover van with a trailer seems the best bet.
