I’m afraid I can barely keep up with RL atm - if people are keen to do this it’d be awesome, but I can’t administrate it this year.
It may be too short notice atm, as you’ll want to give a deadline of delivery a few weeks before Christmas to allow for people to be slow/late/forgetful. 
Or just have it over the Christmas/New Year period instead of aiming for just before Christmas. Still Secret Santa
