Open source larp rules

One of the suggestions for how to get more people running games was for open-source rules, to reduce the mechanical burden on new GMs. This page is intended to be a list of such rules-sets so people have a few options, organise dby genre.

Please list only rules which are explicitly open source (creative commons or GPL licenced, or one of the other versions), or public domain. Do not list rules which use non open licences, or where their licencing status is unclear. Avoid CC-NC rules as they technically prohibit charging money to recoup costs
