Wellington Larp training - Picnic

So it seems lots of people aren’t free on the 2nd, so I guess if the first is called off maybe we leave it for a week or so?

If it’s just a bit grey and generally unpicnic-y I’m still keen to do weapons practice for a couple of hours, even if the picnic gets called off.

Ants you’re pretty close to Central Park, would you mind making a call on the 1st at 11 and post it here on the forum?

Thoughts?

Yeah no trouble on the post

Ok check here before 11am on Sunday.

As per discussion today, it looks like the fight training will be cancelled due to bad weather.

it looks ok out in the hutt. are people keen to reconvene out here?

Weather is stable out here but will probably change in the afternoon. Even if it holds the ground is way too wet with the heavy rain

At the moment we are trying to see if northland hall is available. Once I can confirm I will post

Next update at 12

If its a ways out I probably can’t make it.
But would we try again like next weekend at central park? Town at lest a little closer to me

Any news? Some of us need to know which end of Wellington to head for.

Any update?

Mighty dilemma If it is on I can do a pick up run if needed

No news. Scott has the key but is unreachable at the moment it seems. For those who don’t know the hall is here

I will update with a definite plan in 15 minutes

Right Definite plan is

Meet at Central Park at 3pm at the bottom gates. These are at the bottom of the Brooklyn hill

If weather is pants we may have option on the hall, and if we don’t we can make a plan from there.

See you all then

Ok well I’ll be in town with one other kingdom player (not diatribe user) and one random friend. So we should swing buy central park at three and decide from there. Gor you phone number in my phone ants so if you get a random texter it’s me.

Edit: I ate burger king which I should never do. Had to go home sick. Hope you all had fun though

So, who was Mighty Thor and how can I get in touch? I want to point them at the Gear forum for weapon-making tips.

His name is Luke, but I’m not sure if he has a Diatribe account.

That was fun, thanks to everyone who turned up.

It was good fun, thank you to people for organizing as well.
