Gear Update
Makeup levels are very low.
AP: Gareth to talk to Kara about where to buy makeup.
Golem need internal surgery.
Shortage of tunics. Some require fixing. No female costumes. Zara suggested surcoats and long sleeve tops as a easy way to create female outfits. Most of the soft kit has been seen by all the players before and thus grows stale.
Anna proposes $200 for fabric to sew over next few months at sewing bees. She suggests half to remain in Auckland, half to go to Wellington regional branch to assist in setting up their gear library,
Adam amends motion suggesting that costumes that are in good condition but everybody recognises in Auckland should be sent to Wellington.
Seconded: Gareth

Larp Safety Guidelines
Concerns have been raised over safety at Larps. The issue isn’t NZLARPS gear but players gear not always being up to safety standards.
AP: Adam to look into Larp safety and come up with a plan.
AP: Gareth to run training for new players to encourage safer play.
List needs to be compiled of all qualified first aiders. Perhaps we should look at discounts for first aiders?
