Armageddon Auckland 2012

Okay so at this stage I only have one person confirmed for Friday, one person confirmed for Monday and lots of vague “Yeah I’ll come help at some stage”. I really need people to confirm when they are available so I can see when I need to find more help for, also needing more volunteers,

I can help out with the stand Saturday till mid afternoon, and all day Monday.

Okay this is what I currently have from people who have confirmed, ideally we’d have 3-5 people in each slot so you can still have breaks. The stand must be manned at all time as per our contract with Armageddon and although we got this stand at a HUGELY discounted rate, it’d be a pity if from lack of volunteers we’d have to cancel.

Armageddon Roster

Fri 6pm to 9pm - Michelle

Sat 10am to 2pm - Michelle, Clare, Anna

Sat 2pm to 6pm - Michelle, Anna, Luisa

Sun 10am to 2pm - Michelle, Tim, Mike

Sun 2pm to 6pm - Michelle, Dave A

Mon 10am to 2pm - Michelle, Martin, Clare

Mon 2pm to 6pm - Michelle, Clare,Dave A

Michelle, I will be there for all day Sat or Sun, I just need to confirm with Tigger.

Would it be worth posting an event on Facebook for this? It might attract more volunteers.

There are a fair few people who don’t check Diatribe very often, and also they might not look as far down as the Auckland forum.

Also - does the stand have a power point available? I could bring a didgital picture frame loaded with a few hundered images?

Have managed to be shouted a ticket to Saturday, so will happily be around all day for the stall. If you need a hand moving stuff there on Friday, let me know.

And unfortunately power costs extra, so no powerpoint
