I'm not on the organising team for this but I can say with a fair amount of certainty from venue knowledge that it won't be in December :P You can't get a venue for summer at this short notice. You could possibly get away with it for a day game, but even so timing would be tight. Requiem has the first weekend as usual, Jade Empire's on the second weekend, so if David were to run a day game, his options are the Sunday of the second weekend of December or the third weekend of December. After that you hit Christmas/New Year and larping grinds to a halt until about mid-Jan (except the White Wolf stuff which is business as usual)

Maybe run the game before requiem? 11-5 or something? Same for both weekends.

Jade empire is on the 11th in the evening - Star wars is on the 12th in the afternoon / evening followed by OWBN so December would be either one day on the 13th (woot packed weekend :D)

Or weekender the following weekend :D
Star Wars larp: Rules

I'd rather have an awesome weekend game in a couple months time rather than a rushed weekend game next month. Maybe that's just me.

I'm thinking that only thing that might happen in december is a day game. I don't there is any chance of a weekend game for december, and even if there was I agree with Anna that I wouldn't want to see one run in december and instead one first half of next year ish.
