As mentioned in the online discussions Discussion on funding professional paid Gear Storage
NZLarps Auckland will be holding an extra committee meeting to specifically discuss the topic of the long term gear storage for the Auckland region.
This will be the only topic on the agenda.
Exact wording of motions that are to be voted on will be discussed and thrashed out at this meeting. Note only the Auckland Committee members will actually vote.
Note this meeting will not cover the other general committee business, this will be covered at the regular February meeting, Monday 10th.
In order to gauge the size of venue for the meeting, can people please vote in the poll. The plan at the moment is for it to be held at my place, but if we get more than 15 people confirmed as coming we will look at hiring a council hall for the meeting.
If you cannot make it to the meeting, but want your view to be considered, then I can read out a statement to the meeting, or you can nominate someone else who is attending the meeting to do so. Please keep any statements succinct, there will probably be a lot of people wanting to have their say.
